Important Dates

• RV Lottery Request Form is Now open and will close on April 19th.

• Spots will be announced by no later than beginning of June, 2026
• Event - Oct 1st-4th, 2026
• RV spots will be available from Wed, Sept 30, 2026 at 2:00pm and are good through Sunday, Oct 4, 2026.
  • All Competitors will have to leave on Sunday Oct 4 due to a new horse show coming in the next day. 

RV Spot Information
There are approximately:

• 51 Full Hook up spots - 50/30 Amp Power, Water Included - NO Sewer. 
• 91 Dry Camping (Primitive) Spots. Spots will be allocated through a lottery draw.
• Restrooms are available on site.
• Showers are available on site.
• Water is available for primitive to reload. 

Primitive Spots

Primitive spots will be in Parking Lot A and Parking Lot B. Location on those lots will be only for those who purchase ahead of time but it will be an open lot and does not have assigned numbers. All people in Primitive can park in either Parking Lot A or B.  Location in these parking lots are taken on a first come, first served basis. Please be respectful of your neighbors. 

• Restrooms are available on site
• Showers are available on site
• Water is available to reload. 

Cost

• Full Hookup spots - $458
• Primitive Spots - $378
• Shared Full Hookup Spots - $458 per RV
  • (The Site location will allow 2 RV's to share a spot but STILL charges each RV full Rates for the Site (Crazy we know). The benefit for those who agree to do this is they move up the lottery process allowing more competitors to share spots)
• Early Arrival - Tuesday Sept 29th - $76
• Pumpout - $65
• Late Stay - NOT Allowed per the park.  (There is a horse show coming in the next day)

Waitlist

The waitlist will include everyone who takes primitive spots as well as those who do not.

When powered spots become available we will take turns assigning them to

• People who have Primitive spots
• People on the waitlist.

People who have primitive spots are also on the waitlist so they have 2 chances to get spots. Positions in primitive and on the waitlist will be determined by the Random Draw.

This will be handled this way up to 1 week before the event. Once we are within 1 week all spots that become available will be sourced from primitive spots

Cancellation Policy

In the event a competitor wishes to cancel their RV reservation for any reason, the following will apply as soon as payment has been received:

• Cancellation before August 15th, 2026 for any reason, you will receive a 75% refund.
• Cancellation on or after August 15th, 2026 and before September 15th, 2026 for any reason, you will receive a 50% refund
• No refunds for any reason will be available after September 15th, 2026.

Pump Out Service

We estimate that there will be pump out on Friday Oct 2 and the cost will be $65.
