Important Dates

• RV Lottery Inquiry form opens on March 10, 2025 through March 17, 2025.
• Spots will be announced by no later than May 1st, 2025
• Event - Thursday Oct 2 - Sunday Oct 5, 2025
• RV spots will be available from Tuesday Sept 30, 2025 at 2:00pm and are good through Monday Oct 6, 2025 at 10:00am.

RV Spot Information
There are approximately:

• 51 Full Hook up spots - 50/30 Amp Power, Water Included - NO Sewer. 
• 91 Dry Camping (Primitive) Spots. Spots will be allocated through a lottery draw.
• Restrooms are available on site
• Showers are available on site
• Water is available for primitive to reload up as well

Primitive Spots

Primitive spots will be in Parking Lot A and Parking Lot B. Location on those lots will be only for those who purchase ahead of time but will be an open lot and do not have assigned numbers. For all people in Primitive you can park in either Parking Lot A or B and location in these parking lots are taken on a first come first serve process. Please be respectful of your neighbors. 

• Restrooms are available on Site
• Showers are available on site
• Water is available to reload up on as well. 

Cost

• Full Hookup Spots @ $458 for 6 nights (Tues – Mon)
  • 50/30 Amp Power, Water Included - NO Sewer.
• Dry Camping Spots @ $378 for 6 nights (Tues – Mon)
• Monday, Sept 29. Early day purchase $76 for the night.

The city of Paso Robles is now collecting a Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) on all RV sites so prices have increased from last year.

Waitlist

The waitlist will include everyone who takes primitive spots as well as those who do not.

When powered spots become available we will take turns assigning it to

• People who have Primitive spots
• People on the waitlist.

People who have primitive spots are also on the waitlist so they have 2 chances to get spots. Positions in primitive and on the waitlist will be determined by the Random Draw.

This will be handled this way up to 1 week before the event. Once we are within 1 week all spots that become available will be sourced from primitive spots

Cancellation Policy

In the event a competitor wishes to cancel their RV reservation for any reason, the following will apply as soon as payment has been received:

• Cancellation before August 15th, 2025 for any reason, you will receive a 75% refund.
• Cancellation on or after August 15th, 2025 and before September 15th, 2025 for any reason, you will receive a 50% refund
• No refunds for any reason will be available after September 15th, 2025. If you find that you cannot make it after September 15th, 2025 and you turn in your spot - you will be put on a list for 2026 that guarantees you first rights to purchase a powered spot at next year’s event.

Pump Out Service

There will be pump out on Friday Oct 3 and the cost will be $65.
