Important Dates

• Event - Wednesday November 19th - Sunday November 23rd, 2025
• RV spots will be available and are included in the price from Tuesday November 18th, 2025 at 2:00pm and are good through Monday November 24th, 2025 at 10:00am. (All Spots are provided for the entire time)
• RV LOTTERY Inquire Form is now closed.
• Spots will announced before May 10th, 2025

RV Spot Information

• There are approximately 166 Powered Spots with some degree of Power, Water and Sewer
• There are approximately 200 Primitive Spots with no power, water or sewer.
• In the Main Building out Front there ARE Showers in the men's/Women's Restroom that are available 24 hours a day.
• Pump Out Station - In the South RV Lot beside spot 14, there is a spot that all RVers can use to pump out there RV which is included in the price for ALL RV Spots.
• Water - At the Pump out Station and many other locations on property there are locations you can fill up with water for All RVer's

• Full Hook up 50 amp Power, Water and Sewer $400
• Full Hookup Overflow C 50 amp Power and Water, No Sewer $400
• Full Hookup 30 amp Power, Water and Sewer $350
• Partial Hookup 50 amp Power, Water, No Sewer $325
• Barn Spot 110 Power, Water, no Sewer $300
• Primitive Spot No Power, No Water, No Sewer $200

Extras

• Pumpout will be available on Friday for $100 (Estimated)
  
• Early Arrival on Monday $50
• Stay one extra day through Tuesday $50

Cancellation Policy

In the event a competitor wishes to cancel their RV reservation for any reason, the following will apply as soon as payment has been received:

• Cancellation before September 1st, 2025 for any reason, you will receive a 75% refund.
• Cancellation on or after September 1st, 2025 and before November 1st, 2024 for any reason, you will receive a 50% refund
• No refunds for any reason will be available after November 1st, 2025. If you find that you cannot make it after November 1st, 2025 and you turn in your spot - you will be put on a list for 2026 that guarantees you first rights to purchase a powered spot at next year’s event.

Sell or transferring of your spot

• You cannot sell or transfer your spot to another competitor.
• All cancellations and reallocation must be through the UKI office so that the waiting list is used.
• If anyone is found to have transferred a reservation both parties risk being prevented entry in future years to the event.
• If weather conditions cause ground concerns in the Primitive areas we reserve the right to park RVs on the Tarmac Parking areas.

Pump Out and Water Options on Property

There is a free Pumpout Location on Property located in the south lot

For those who need the pumpout service,

We will be offering a Pumpout service that runs on Friday. Cost is $100 (Estimated).

If you want to add this please reach out to us before the event and we will set it up. 

Water IS available at the Pumpout locations other spots throughout the property. 

Showers and Bathrooms

There are both Showers and Bathrooms located in the main building available 24 hours a day.

Waitlist

If a competitor put in an inquiry and did not get a spot in the lottery process they are automatically put on the wait list for powered spots based on their lottery number.

If you request a Primitive spotyou also will stay on the wait list for a powered spot based on your lottery number.

Assigning Spots- As spots become available (When people turn down spots or through cancellations) We will allocate out the powered spots by assigning one to those in primitive spots and then one to those on the waitlist. Hence those in Primitive actually get two chances because they are on both lists. We of course only assign RV's into spots that they can fit into (Barn Spot have limited size requirements for example).

Cheaters Policy

1. Unauthorized Stay
   Staying overnight at the event venue without payment is strictly prohibited. Attendees must book and pay for accommodations in advance if they wish to remain on-site overnight.

2. Penalty for Unauthorized Presence
   If any individual is found on the property without proper payment, they will be immediately charged at double the standard rate for the duration of their stay.

3. Payment Deadline
   Payment for unauthorized stays must be settled by 5:00 PM on the day of identification. If payment is not received by this deadline, the individual will face the following consequences:

   • Removal from All Running Orders: They will be removed from any scheduled activities or event orders.
   • Event Ban: They will be permanently banned from participating in all UKI events.

4. No Exceptions
   These measures are strictly enforced to maintain a fair environment for all attendees.

South Lot and West Lot Details

South and West Lot spots are full Hook powered spots that will have the following:

Power: 30 amp or 50 amp

Water: Included

Sewer: Included

Each of these spots are pull-through and can support Rigs 50+ feet or more. 

Barn Spot details.

Please read the below carefully before booking the new spot. Each Spot Includes

 Power: 110 Volt (Not enough to run AC's alone)

 Water: Included

 Sewer: None (See Pumpout Information on this page)

More important info about these spots

• NO Air Conditioning - just simple lights/fridge/Fans power (No hair dryers)
• If your power blows/trips for any reason, we will not be able to help you outside of event hours.
• Power is available by the spot, but there is potential to use a second outlet in the earlier stalls on a seperate circuite. Hence it makes sense to bring a second 100 ft extension cord. 
• Each person would need to bring a 100 foot hose for water. 
• No sewer at these spots
  • You can pull out and use the free pump-out facilitates on site. 
  • or pay the $100 to be pumped out on Friday
• There are showers/Restrooms available 24 hours a day in the main building out front.
• Sites are normally limited to around 30 feet.
• Generators can supplement but must be very quiet and dissipate Exhaust correctly using Genturi’s as to not bother neighbors. If Neighbors complain we will require you to turn them off.
• For all Powered spots (Including Barn) as new spots become available we do not upgrade spots with higher level Power options. If you do not want the spot and would prefer to take your chance on the waitlist you can turn it down.

Primitive Spots

Primitive spots at the US Open DO NOT have Power, Water or sewer at the sites. But there is accessible water on site that you can go get when needed. There is also a Pumpout location on site that can be used as well at no extra charge.

For all competitors who choose this option, you can park in any of the areas on the map marked primitive below. There multiple sections that include concrete, field parking and distance for those that prefer to be away from others. Generators can be used in primitive as long as they are quiet and properly vent off there exhaust using Genturi's when close to others as to not to cause issues.

Overflow Lots

Overflow Lots are 16 Lots to the right of the main building. Half are gravel spots close to the building and the other half are grass spots out along the field. They include:

Power: 50 amp Power

These spots are long spots and can support coaches of any length. 

Overflow C

Overflow are 6 spots that are being created with special rental electrical lines and water right against the main building. These 6 spots include

Power 50 amp

Water: Yes

Sewer: No (See Pumpout Information on this page)

These spots are long spots and can support coaches of any length. There is a a very slight hill so bringing blocks or other things for leveling is recommended

These are considered Premium spots and are charged at the same rate as full hookup spots.

Patio Spots

Patio Spots are the locations on concrete in front of the main arena
