RV Request Form. 

The RV Request form is now closed. We will no longer accept any additional requests for RV Spaces. 

Primitive Spots are available. Please email Keith Landers at

Waitlist

The waitlist includes everyone who takes primitive spots as well as those who do not. 

When powered spots become available. We will take turns assigning it to

• People who have Primitive spots
• People on the waitlist. 

People who have primitive spots are also on the waitlist so they have 2 chances to get spots. Positions in primitive and on the waitlist were determined by the Random Draw.

Important Dates

• Event - Thursday Sept 19 - Sunday Sept 22, 2024
• RV spots will be available from Tuesday Sept 17, 2024 at 2:00pm and are good through Monday Sept 23, 2024 at 10:00am.
• RV LOTTERY Inquire Form is NOW Closed.

RV Spot Information
There are approximately

51 Full Hook up spots - 50/30 Amp Power, Water Included - NO Sewer. 

91 Dry Camping (Primitive) Spots. Spots will be allocated through a lottery draw.

Cost

• Full Hookup Spots @ $400 for 6 nights (Tues – Mon)
  • 50/30 Amp Power, Water Included - NO Sewer.
• Dry Camping Spots @ $330 for 6 nights (Tues – Mon)
• Monday Sept 16. Early day purchase $66 for the night.

    If your PayPal payment is being sent from a different name please clearly state in the PayPal payment notes who this payment is for.

• Payment will be due by April 12th, 2024 for all spots that have been assigned.
• Everyone must leave on Monday 23rd
  

Cancellation Policy

In the event a competitor wishes to cancel their RV reservation for any reason, the following will apply as soon as payment has been received:

• Cancellation before Aug 1st, 2024 for any reason, you will receive a 75% refund.
• Cancellation after Aug 1st, 2024 and before Sept 1st, 2024 for any reason, you will receive a 50% refund
• No refunds for any reason will be available after Sept 1st, 2024
  

Pump Out Service

There will be pump out on Friday Sept 20 and the cost will be $65. People can email and pay me at ivette@ukagilityinternational.com
