Crating at the 2025 US Open
There are several crating options available during the US Open. Please read all details carefully and follow the instructions for requesting a spot.
Crating Options
1. Horse Stall Crating
Available in Barns A & B
Full Stall (10’ x 10’): $110
Half Stall (shared 5’ x 10’, randomly assigned): $55
Note: Stalls are traditional horse stalls. We recommend bringing a tarp to cover the floor. Some stalls may be uneven due to prior equine use.
2. Premium Crating
Located in the Main Arena Concourse
Premium Space (4’ x 5’): $80
Note: This area is on concrete with chalk-marked spaces. Please bring a tarp or ground covering and a cover for your crate. Spaces are randomly assigned. Reactive or disruptive dogs are notpermitted in this area.
3. Temporary Ringside Crating
Available near individual rings for those running multiple dogs.
Short-term use only. Not intended for full-day crating.
Crating Dates
Event Dates: Wednesday, November 19 – Sunday, November 23, 2025
Crating Access Begins: Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 2:00 PM
Crating Access Ends: Sunday, November 23, 2025, at 5:00 PM
All crating spots are assigned for the full event duration.

Payment Instructions
Do not send any payment until you are invoiced with instructions to do so.

We will publish on this site all Crating assignments as well as verification that payment was received.
Please do not email asking to check on your payment status unless you have checked on this site and the information is incorrect.
🧹 Clean-Up Policy
All crating spaces must be vacated and cleaned by Sunday, November 23 at 5:00 PM.
Please do not leave tarps, garbage, banners, or personal items behind.
Waste bins and dumpsters are available onsite.
❌ Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Request Form Closes:October 6th, 2025
Payments must be postmarked By: 3 days after invoice is sent
No refunds or changes after:October 20th, 2025
Crating Spot Transfers Are Not Allowed
Spots cannot be sold or transferredto other competitors
All cancellations and reassignments must go through the UKI office (Tara Baggerman)
Unauthorized transfers may result in loss of entry privilegesfor future events

Unloading & Electricity
Premium Crating
Park near the Main Arena for unloading.
Limited access to power—placement near an outlet is not guaranteed.
Stalls
Unload at designated barn zones (do not block fire lanes or RV spaces).
Power is available in most stalls, but bring a backup charger as a precaution.
